Delete your account — BeeSim
You can delete your BeeSim account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
In the app
Open Settings, tap your account and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password, or by typing DELETE if you signed in with Apple or Google.
On the website
Sign in, open Account → Settings and choose Delete account.
By email
If you cannot sign in, or you bought without an account, email [email protected] from the address used for the purchase and ask for deletion.
What is deleted
Your account, sign-in methods, profile and registered devices.
What is kept
Order and payment records are kept without your name or email for as long as tax and accounting law requires. An eSIM that is already installed keeps working until it expires.
