End User License Agreement — BeeSim

Effective date: 2026-10-03

This agreement covers your use of the BeeSim mobile app. Buying eSIM plans is covered by the Terms of Service.

1. License

BeeStudio gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the BeeSim app on devices you own or control, to buy and manage eSIM data plans for yourself.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

copy, modify or distribute the app;
sell, rent or sublicense it;
reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this;
remove copyright or trademark notices.

3. Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. BeeStudio and its licensors keep all rights that this agreement does not give you.

4. Updates

We may release updates. Some features may stop working in old versions.

5. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play:

this agreement is between you and BeeStudio (Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Glushakov, Georgia), not Apple or Google;
Apple and Google are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support;
the store's own terms of use also apply to you.

6. Termination

The license ends if you break this agreement. You must then stop using the app and delete it. You can end the license at any time by deleting the app.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided as it is. Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service, section 12. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
