Terms of Service — BeeSim

These Terms apply when you use the BeeSim mobile app or the website beesim.space and when you buy an eSIM data plan from us. By using BeeSim or buying a plan you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. What BeeSim is

BeeSim sells prepaid eSIM data plans for use when travelling. A plan gives you mobile data in the countries listed for it, for the amount of data and the number of days shown before you buy.

The mobile networks are run by local operators and our eSIM suppliers, not by us. We are not a mobile network operator.

Unless the plan says otherwise, a plan is data only: it has no phone number, no voice calls and no SMS.

3. Before you buy

You are responsible for checking that:

your device supports eSIM;
your device is not locked to a mobile operator;
the plan covers the country you are travelling to.

The plan page shows the data amount, validity, coverage, network type and price. Check them before paying.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include our fees. Your bank may add its own charges.
Prices can be shown in your local currency for convenience. The charge is made in US dollars unless the payment page says otherwise, so the amount on your bank statement may differ slightly because of the exchange rate.
Payment is taken by our payment partner on its secure page. The partner may appear on your statement as the merchant.
Purchases are one-time. BeeSim has no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
We may change prices and plans at any time. A change does not affect a plan you have already bought.

5. Delivery

The eSIM is delivered electronically, usually within minutes of payment. It appears in the app under "My eSIM" and, if you gave an email, is also sent there.

If the eSIM cannot be issued, we refund the payment in full.

6. Installation and validity

An eSIM can usually be installed only once. Do not delete it from the device while the plan is still valid: a deleted eSIM often cannot be restored.
The validity period starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network, unless the plan says it starts at installation or purchase.
An eSIM that has not been activated expires after the period set by the supplier, usually 6 to 12 months from purchase.
When the data runs out or the validity period ends, the plan stops. Unused data is not carried over and is not refunded.
Some plans can be topped up with more data. The app shows whether a plan supports this.

7. Network quality

Speed and coverage depend on the local operator, your location, your device and how busy the network is. We do not guarantee a particular speed or uninterrupted service.

Plans described as unlimited or daily are subject to the operator's fair use policy: after a daily amount of data, speed may be reduced until the next day.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the service for anything illegal, or to send spam or malware;
resell eSIMs without our written permission;
use the service in a way that harms the network or other users;
interfere with the app or the website, or try to access them by means we did not provide;
pay with a payment method you are not authorised to use.

We may suspend an eSIM or an account that breaks these rules. No refund is due in that case.

9. Your account

An account is optional. It lets you see your eSIMs on more than one device. Keep your sign-in details secret and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

You can delete the account at any time in the app or on the website.

10. Refunds and withdrawal

Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. By installing or activating the eSIM you ask us to start the service during that period. Once the eSIM is installed or has used data, the right to withdraw no longer applies to it.

11. Intellectual property

The app, the website and their content belong to BeeStudio or its licensors. You may use them to buy and manage eSIMs for yourself. You may not copy, modify or distribute them.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer.

Subject to that:

the service is provided as it is and as available;
we are not liable for losses caused by the mobile networks, by your device, or by events outside our control;
we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data;
our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Do not rely on BeeSim as your only way to reach emergency services.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version applies to purchases made after its effective date. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
