Privacy Policy — BeeSim

This policy explains what personal data BeeSim collects, why, who receives it and what you can do about it. It covers the BeeSim mobile app and the website beesim.space.
1. Who we are
BeeSim is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Glushakov (Georgia, identification number 145893566), trading as BeeStudio ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here.

2. What we collect
You can browse plans and buy an eSIM without creating an account. What we collect depends on what you do.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, phone number or the content of your internet traffic. The app does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
Payment card data. Payments are made on the secure page of our payment partner. We never receive or store your card number. We receive only the payment status, amount and reference.
3. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on:
- Contract — to deliver the eSIM you bought, run your account and provide support.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and understand how the app and the website are used.
- Consent — for push notifications. You can withdraw it at any time in the device settings.
- Legal obligation — to keep transaction records required by tax and accounting law.
4. Who receives your data
We share data only with providers that need it to deliver the service:

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
We may disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to processing;
- move your data to another service;
- stop processing based on consent.
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Deleting your account
- In the app: Settings → your account → Delete account.
- On the website: Account → Settings → Delete account.

Deletion removes your account, sign-in methods, profile and devices. Order records stay without your personal details, as described in section 6. An eSIM that is already installed keeps working until it expires.
If you never created an account, email us and we will delete the data linked to your device.
9. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. The app keeps session keys in the device's secure storage. Access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
BeeSim is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes
When we change this policy we update the effective date above. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app or by email.
