Every Pixel since the Pixel 3 has an eSIM. The only exceptions are early units sold by a few Japanese carriers.

Where to find eSIM in settings
Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM
Exceptions by region
USA. Pixel 10 phones sold in the USA have no SIM tray and work with eSIM only. Other markets keep the nano-SIM slot.
Japan. Units sold by some Japanese carriers may have the eSIM disabled. Dial *#06#: an EID line means the eSIM works.
How to install a travel eSIM on Android
Pick a destination below; the QR code arrives by email in a minute.
Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM → Scan QR code.
Keep your home SIM for calls and SMS.
Choose the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming for it.
