The global Redmi Note 13 line has no eSIM: two nano-SIM slots. The one exception is the Japanese Note 13 Pro+.

Can I keep my home number while using a travel eSIM on Redmi Note 13?
Yes. Your own SIM or eSIM stays active for calls and SMS; the travel eSIM carries data only. You choose which line is used for data in settings.
How many eSIMs can be installed on Redmi Note 13 at the same time?
Several profiles can be stored; how many can be active at once depends on the model (one on most, two on recent flagships). Switching takes a tap in the SIM manager.
Can I move the eSIM from Redmi Note 13 to another phone?
Usually an eSIM installs once. Delete it from one phone and it cannot be reinstalled on another without a new activation, so decide which phone carries it before you install.
